Solution Advisor

As a Business Solution Advisor, you will represent our product portfolio for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain in North America.

What will you do?

During pre-sales, your excellent presentation skills, market knowledge, and subject matter expertise prove invaluable as you effortlessly position our business solutions. You know exactly how to engage and inspire your audience during a product demo, and continuously document requirements. When not engaged in sales activities, you ensure that demo environments and data remain up-to-date and relevant.

During the software implementation, you guide your partner/customer during all activities, and you propose system setup and configurations that match their requirements. You help navigate the whole process and offer support for technical inquiries, not only during implementation but also post-go-live.

You understand that relationships are based on trust, and you achieve this by sharing best practices and being a true advisor. You are driven to support both partners and colleagues to be successful during the end-to-end sales and implementation cycle.

Who are you?

  • You have a college degree or equivalent in IT / Finance / Business and Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of documented experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management
  • Proven track record in pre-sales consulting

Do you possess the job specific competences listed below?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests at the same time
  • Experience in project management and accounting
  • Working full time, fully remote and working from home
