AXtension^® Advanced Production is a Microsoft Dynamics AX add-on that presents a complete overview of the available capacity and reservations information. Advanced Production provides total order visibility and any cost or process deviations can be further refined by using product characteristics as filter criteria. • Includes details of existing and planned orders in the capacity overview.
• Shows planned orders and realized versus estimated costs, as well as the originating sales order.
• Let’s you determine the proper production plan by reprioritizing orders based on weighting factors and other product characteristics.
• Let’s you determine priority settings either manually or automatically. The lead time is then revised based on these priorities and the capacity planning is maintained.
• Gives a clear visual indication when an order exceeds its delivery date and allows you to re-plan directly from the dashboard
